01 — About us
GPT Stal Solutions Sp. z o.o. is a Polish limited liability company registered in Bytom and engaged in the production of cold-formed products — the field classified under PKD 24.33.Z. Our work centres on shaping flat steel into functional sections and components at ambient temperature, without heating the material.
Cold forming is a mature and dependable way to produce thin-walled profiles. The material is bent progressively, by forming rolls or by press tooling, so the finished part keeps a consistent cross-section along its length and makes efficient use of the steel. For many structural, building and industrial applications, that combination of repeatability and material efficiency is exactly what is needed.
Bytom lies within one of Europe’s long-established industrial regions, with a deep tradition in metalworking. We value that heritage and approach each order in a practical way: understand the drawing, agree what is achievable, and communicate clearly through to dispatch.
We do not believe in over-promising. If a requested geometry is difficult to form cold, or a different section would perform better, we say so early — before tooling or production time is committed.

02 — Services
From long runs of constant-section profiles to folded brackets and profiled sheet, our services cover the cold-forming activities our customers ask for most. Each is delivered to your drawing or specification.
Open sections produced by passing flat strip through a sequence of forming rolls. Well suited to longer runs of constant-section parts such as C, Z, U and hat sections, with the cross-section defined by your drawing.
For shorter runs and more varied geometry, sheet is folded to the angles and dimensions your design requires. Typical parts include angles, channels, trays, covers and brackets.
Ribbed, trapezoidal and corrugated sheet formed cold from flat-rolled steel, intended for building and construction applications where stiffness and coverage matter more than weight.
When a standard section does not fit, we help translate your requirement into a section that can be formed cold — reviewing wall thickness, bend radii, lip geometry and tolerances together before production begins.
Formed parts can be supplied cut to length and, where the design calls for it, with holes, slots or notches, so components arrive closer to ready for assembly. Availability depends on the part and quantity — please ask.

We check geometry, bend radii, material and tolerances against what can be formed cold, and come back with questions or suggestions where useful.
You receive a clear quotation covering scope and specification. Quantities, delivery arrangements and timing are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Parts are formed cold, checked against the agreed drawing and prepared for dispatch. We keep you informed if anything affects the plan.
Every project is different, so we confirm timing in the quotation rather than promise generic lead times.
